等就覺得看到 fine, thank you跟how are you的等級你就成功一半了!(但真的要很努力唷)
Speaking:

Sucker love is heaven sent,
You pucker up our passion's spent
My heart's a tart your body's rent
My body's broken yours is bent
Carve your name into my arm
Instead of stressed I lie here charmed
Cuz there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Sucker love, a box I choose
No other box I choose to use
Another love I would abuse
No circumstances could excuse
In the shape of things to come
Too much poison come undone
Cuz there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me... he
Sucker love is known to swing
Prone to cling and waste these things
Pucker up for heaven's sake
There's never been so much at stake
I serve my head up on a plate
It's only comfort, calling late
Cuz there's nothing else to do,
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me... he
Every me and every you
Every me... he
Like the naked leads the blind
I know I'm selfish, I'm unkind
Sucker love I always find
Someone to bruise and leave behind
All alone in space and time
There's nothing here but what here's mine
Something borrowed something blue
Every me and every you
Every me and every you

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zx3m4e45bTo
Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life
Try to make ends meet
You're a slave to money then you die
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
You know the one that takes you to the places
where all the veins meet yeah,
No change, I can change
I can change, I can change
But I'm here in my mold
I am here in my mold
But I'm a million different people from one day to the next
I can't change my mold
No, no, no, no, no
Well I never pray
But tonight I'm on my knees yeah
I need to hear some sounds that recognize the pain in me, yeah
I let the melody shine, let it cleanse my mind, I feel free now
But the airways are clean and there's nobody singing to me now
No change, I can change
I can change, I can change
But I'm here in my mold
I am here in my mold

"This is no picnic for me either, buster."
stay on track 中文常說的在正軌上 英文便是stay on track
You'll need the insights and critical-thinking skills
But whatever you resolve to do, I want you to commit to it.
New year's resolution.
Maybe you'll decide to stand up for kids who are being teased or bullied because of who they are or how they look, because you believe, like I do,that all young people deserve a safe environment to study and learn.
who loved their country too much to do anything less than their best.
I love playing guitar too much to do anything less than my best.
I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself. Every singleone of you has something ... We need every single one of you to develop your talents and your skills and your intellect ...
It's the story of students who sat where you sit 250 years ago, and went on to wage a revolution and they founded this nation. Young people. Students whosat where you sit 75 years ago who overcame a Depression and won a world war; who fought for civil rights and put a man on the moon. Students who sat whereyou sit 20 years ago who founded Google and Twitter and Facebook and changed the way we communicate with each other.
That's okay. Some of the most successful people in the world are the ones who've had the most failures. J.K. Rowling's -- who wrote Harry Potter -- her first Harry Potter book was rejected 12 times before it was finally published. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team. He lost hundreds of games and missed thousands of shots during his career. Buthe once said, "I have failed over and over and over again in my life. Andthat's why I succeed."
These people succeeded because they understood that you can't let your failures define you -- you have to let your failures teach you. You have to let them show you what to do differently the next time.
No one's born being good at all things. You become good at things through hard work. You're not a varsity athlete the first time you play a new sport. You don't hit every note the first time you sing a song. You've got to practice. The same principle applies to your school work. You might have to do a math problem a few times before you get it right. You might have to read something a few times before you understand it. You definitely have to do a few drafts of a paper before it's good enough to hand in.

Obama's Speech to Students 9th Sept’09:
A Message of Hope and Responsibility for America’s Students
Hello, everybody! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, everybody. All right, everybody go ahead and have a seat. How is everybody doing today? (Applause.)How about Tim Spicer? (Applause.) I am here with students at Wakefield HighSchool in Arlington, Virginia. And we've got students tuning in from allacross America, from kindergarten through 12th grade. And I am just so gladthat all could join us today. And I want to thank Wakefield for being such anoutstanding host. Give yourselves a big round of applause. (Applause.)
I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school. And for thoseof you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it's your firstday in a new school, so it's understandable if you're a little nervous. Iimagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good rightnow -- (applause) -- with just one more year to go. And no matter what gradeyou're in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer and youcould've stayed in bed just a little bit longer this morning.
I know that feeling. When I was young, my family lived overseas. I lived inIndonesia for a few years. And my mother, she didn't have the money to sendme where all the American kids went to school, but she thought it wasimportant for me to keep up with an American education. So she decided toteach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday. But because she had to
teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday. But because she had togo to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the morning.
Now, as you might imagine, I wasn't too happy about getting up that early. And a lot of times, I'd fall asleep right there at the kitchen table. Butwhenever I'd complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks andshe'd say, "This is no picnic for me either, buster." (Laughter.)
So I know that some of you are still adjusting to being back at school. ButI'm here today because I have something important to discuss with you. I'mhere because I want to talk with you about your education and what's expectedof all of you in this new school year.
Now, I've given a lot of speeches about education. And I've talked about responsibility a lot.
I've talked about teachers' responsibility for inspiring students and pushingyou to learn.
I've talked about your parents' responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and you get your homework done, and don't spend every waking hour infront of the TV or with the Xbox.
I've talked a lot about your government's responsibility for setting highstandards, and supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schoolsthat aren't working, where students aren't getting the opportunities that they deserve.
But at the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world -- and none of it will makea difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you payattention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed. That's what I want to focus on today: the responsibility each of you has for your education.
I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself. Every singleone of you has something that you're good at. Every single one of you hassomething to offer. And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is. That's the opportunity an education can provide.
Maybe you could be a great writer -- maybe even good enough to write a bookor articles in a newspaper -- but you might not know it until you write that English paper -- that English class paper that's assigned to you. Maybe youcould be an innovator or an inventor -- maybe even good enough to come up with the next iPhone or the new medicine or vaccine -- but you might not know it until you do your project for your science class. Maybe you could be a mayor or a senator or a Supreme Court justice -- but you might not know that until you join student government or the debate team.
And no matter what you want to do with your life, I guarantee that you'll need an education to do it. You want to be a doctor, or a teacher, or a police officer? You want to be a nurse or an architect, a lawyer or a member of our military? You're going to need a good education for every single one of those careers. You cannot drop out of school and just drop into a good job. You've got to train for it and work for it and learn for it.
And this isn't just important for your own life and your own future. What you make of your education will decide nothing less than the future of this country. The future of America depends on you. What you're learning in school today will determine whether we as a nation can meet our greatest challenges in the future.
You'll need the knowledge and problem-solving skills you learn in science and math to cure diseases like cancer and AIDS, and to develop new energy technologies and protect our environment. You'll need the insights and critical-thinking skills you gain in history and social studies to fight poverty and homelessness, crime and discrimination, and make our nation more fair and more free. You'll need the creativity and ingenuity you develop in all your classes to build new companies that will create new jobs and boost our economy.
We need every single one of you to develop your talents and your skills and your intellect so you can help us old folks solve our most difficult problems. If you don't do that -- if you quit on school -- you're not just quitting on yourself, you're quitting on your country.
Now, I know it's not always easy to do well in school. I know a lot of you have challenges in your lives right now that can make it hard to focus on your schoolwork.
I get it. I know what it's like. My father left my family when I was two years old, and I was raised by a single mom who had to work and who struggled at times to pay the bills and wasn't always able to give us the things that other kids had. There were times when I missed having a father in my life. There were times when I was lonely and I felt like I didn't fit in.
So I wasn't always as focused as I should have been on school, and I did somethings I'm not proud of, and I got in more trouble than I should have. And mylife could have easily taken a turn for the worse.
But I was -- I was lucky. I got a lot of second chances, and I had the opportunity to go to college and law school and follow my dreams. My wife, our First Lady Michelle Obama, she has a similar story. Neither of her parents had gone to college, and they didn't have a lot of money. But they worked hard, and she worked hard, so that she could go to the best schools in this country.
Some of you might not have those advantages. Maybe you don't have adults in your life who give you the support that you need. Maybe someone in your family has lost their job and there's not enough money to go around. Maybe you live in a neighborhood where you don't feel safe, or have friends who are pressuring you to do things you know aren't right.
But at the end of the day, the circumstances of your life -- what you look like, where you come from, how much money you have, what you've got going on at home -- none of that is an excuse for neglecting your homework or having a bad attitude in school. That's no excuse for talking back to your teacher, or cutting class, or dropping out of school. There is no excuse for not trying.
Where you are right now doesn't have to determine where you'll end up. No one's written your destiny for you, because here in America, you write yourown destiny. You make your own future.
That's what young people like you are doing every day, all across America.
Young people like Jazmin Perez, from Roma, Texas. Jazmin didn't speak English
when she first started school. Neither of her parents had gone to college. But she worked hard, earned good grades, and got a scholarship to BrownUniversity -- is now in graduate school, studying public health, on her wayto becoming Dr. Jazmin Perez.
I'm thinking about Andoni Schultz, from Los Altos, California, who's fought brain cancer since he was three. He's had to endure all sorts of treatment sand surgeries, one of which affected his memory, so it took him much longer-- hundreds of extra hours -- to do his schoolwork. But he never fell behind. He's headed to college this fall.
And then there's Shantell Steve, from my hometown of Chicago, Illinois. Evenwhen bouncing from foster home to foster home in the toughest neighborhoods in the city, she managed to get a job at a local health care center, start aprogram to keep young people out of gangs, and she's on track to graduatehigh school with honors and go on to college.
And Jazmin, Andoni, and Shantell aren't any different from any of you. Theyface challenges in their lives just like you do. In some cases they've got ita lot worse off than many of you. But they refused to give up. They chose totake responsibility for their lives, for their education, and set goals forthemselves. And I expect all of you to do the same.
That's why today I'm calling on each of you to set your own goals for your education -- and do everything you can to meet them. Your goal can be something as simple as doing all your homework, paying attention in class, or spending some time each day reading a book. Maybe you'll decide to get spending some time each day reading a book. Maybe you'll decide to get involved in an extra curricular activity, or volunteer in your community.Maybe you'll decide to stand up for kids who are being teased or bullied because of who they are or how they look, because you believe, like I do,that all young people deserve a safe environment to study and learn. Maybe you'll decide to take better care of yourself so you can be more ready to learn. And along those lines, by the way, I hope all of you are washing your hands a lot, and that you stay home from school when you don't feel well, sowe can keep people from getting the flu this fall and winter.
But whatever you resolve to do, I want you to commit to it. I want you toreally work at it.
I know that sometimes you get that sense from TV that you can be rich andsuccessful without any hard work -- that your ticket to success is throughrapping or basketball or being a reality TV star. Chances are you're notgoing to be any of those things.
The truth is, being successful is hard. You won't love every subject that you study. You won't click with every teacher that you have. Not every homework assignment will seem completely relevant to your life right at this minute. And you won't necessarily succeed at everything the first time you try.
So if you get in totrouble, that doesn't mean you're a troublemaker, it means you need to try harder to act right. If you get a bad grade, that doesn't mean you're stupid,it just means you need to spend more time studying.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. I do that every day. Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength because it shows you have the courage to admit when youdon't know something, and that then allows you to learn something new. So find an adult that you trust -- a parent, a grand parent or teacher, a coachor a counselor -- and ask them to help you stay on track to meet your goals.
And even when you're struggling, even when you're discouraged, and you feel like other people have given up on you, don't ever give up on yourself, because when you give up on yourself, you give up on your country.
The story of America isn't about people who quit when things got tough. It's about people who kept going, who tried harder, who loved their country too much to do anything less than their best.
So today, I want to ask all of you, what's your contribution going to be?What problems are you going to solve? What discoveries will you make? Whatwill a President who comes here in 20 or 50 or 100 years say about what allof you did for this country?
Now, your families, your teachers, and I are doing everything we can to makesure you have the education you need to answer these questions. I'm working hard to fix up your classrooms and get you the books and the equipment and the computers you need to learn. But you've got to do your part, too. So I expect all of you to get serious this year. I expect you to put your best effort into everything you do. I expect great things from each of you. Sodon't let us down. Don't let your family down or your country down. Most ofall, don't let yourself down. Make us all proud.
Thank you very much, everybody. God bless you. God bless America. Thank you. (Applause.)

So if you get in totrouble, that doesn't mean you're a troublemaker, it means you need to try harder to act right. If you get a bad grade, that doesn't mean you're stupid,it just means you need to spend more time studying.
Thank you. (Applause.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EoukRWQ-ec
fitter happier
more productive
comfortable
not drinking too much
regular exercise at the gym (3 days a week)
getting on better with your associate employee contemporaries
at ease
eating well (no more microwave dinners and saturated fats)
a patient better driver
a safer car (baby smiling in back seat)
sleeping well (no bad dreams)
no paranoia
careful to all animals (never washing spiders down the plughole)
keep in contact with old friends (enjoy a drink now and then)
will frequently check credit at (moral) bank (hole in wall)
favours for favours
fond but not in love
charity standing orders
on sundays ring road supermarket
(no killing moths or putting boiling water on the ants)
car wash (also on sundays)
no longer afraid of the dark
or midday shadows
nothing so ridiculously teenage and desperate
nothing so childish
at a better pace
slower and more calculated
no chance of escape
now self-employed
concerned (but powerless)
an empowered and informed member of society (pragmatism not idealism)
will not cry in public
less chance of illness
tires that grip in the wet (shot of baby strapped in back seat)
a good memory
still cries at a good film
still kisses with saliva
no longer empty and frantic
like a cat
tied to a stick
that's driven into
frozen winter shit (the ability to laugh at weakness)
calm
fitter, healthier and more productive
a pig in a cage
on antibiotics
舉例來說 no killing moths or putting boiling water on the ants這句
這句也十分有趣an empowered and informed member of society (pragmatism not idealism)
a pig in a cage

High and Dry
Radiohead
High and Dry
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCPDiEz-GcE&feature=player_embedded
high and dry
two jumps in a week
i bet you think that's pretty clever
don't you boy.
flying on your motorcycle.
watching all the ground beneath you drop.
you'd kill yourself for recognition.
kill yourself to never ever stop.
you broke another mirror.
you're turning into something you are not.
don't leave me high
don't leave me dry
drying up in conversation
you will be the one who cannot talk.
all your insides fall to pieces.
you just sit there wishing you could still make love.
they're the ones who'll hate you
when you think you've got the world all sussed out.
they're the ones who'll spit at you.
you will be the one screaming out.
it's the best thing that you ever had.
the best thing that you had has gone away...
High and dry
Drying up in the conversation

Coldplay
Just because I'm losing
Doesn't mean I'm lost
Doesn't mean I'll stop
Doesn't mean I will cross
Just because I'm hurting
Doesn't mean I'm hurt
Doesn't mean I didn't get
what I deserve
No better and no worse
I just got lost
Every river that I've tried to cross
And every door I ever tried was locked
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the shine wears off...
You might be a big fish
In a little pond
Doesn't mean you've won
'Cause along may come
A bigger one
And you'll be lost
Every river that you tried to cross
Every gun you ever held went off
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the firing starts
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the shine wears off
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the shine wears off
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the shine wears off…
You might be a big fishIn a little pond
Doesn't mean you've won
'Cause along may come
A bigger one
And you'll be lost
Ooh-Oh, And I'm just waiting till the shine wears off...

↓
決定考試類別: TOEFL+ GRE OR GMAT(視個人狀況決定先考哪一項)
目標考六月GRE(考不好還有10月)
